TLTs in Liquidation Mode

As the TLT's undergo a well-deserved pullback in the aftermath of a 9-week advance, let's notice that 1) the decline so far appears to be heading right back to the August upside breakout plateau at 86.50, and 2) that the weakness coincides with the highest volume of the entire July-Sept period, which suggests that the TLTs are in liquidation mode at the moment.
