Benchmark 10-year YIELD has declined from 4.12% to 4.11% in reaction to the cooler-than-expected CPI data, which might not seem like much, but from a chart perspective, YIELD is pressing directly toward key near-term support at 4.10% that, if violated, will argue for downside continuation to 4.00%...
