ES in a Rangebound Battle Ahead of the Senate Votes on Ending the Shutdown
ES-- Quite the battle going on between 2630 and 2648 since late yesterday. I can count 7 times the range has been traversed, which includes both Commerce Secretary Ross' negatively (market) biased comments about China, and ECB President Draghi's positively biased comments suggesting QE is alive and well in the Euro-zone.
What will be the catalyst the propels ES either above or below the range? If Ross and Draghi could not get the job done, then maybe Trump, Pelosi, Schumer or "The Votes" might do it?
