Odds Of Rate Increase Falls

FYI-- The odds of a rate increase at tomorrow’s FOMC meeting fell. According to the CME FedWatch Tool from the CME Group, the market is now pricing a 93.1% chance of the Fed holding put tomorrow vs. a 79.1% chance yesterday. Headline inflation has declined every month since it peaked in June 2022, and has been cut in half (chart courtesy of Canaccord Genuity)
